So, I ranked up to SR80. Go to open my REQ pack and I receive and error about “not being able to open it at this time.” Back out of the lobby I’m in, and then the pack goes missing. How do I get it back?
If you restart the game and the pack is there you can open it. If the pack is not there, it was opened and the items went into your req inventory.
Sometimes the REQ pack opening animation skips, but the REQ pack may still add the items to your inventory. You can verify this by checking your collection for the Fireteam Osiris emblem. The Osiris emblem is unlocked at SR 80; if you have that, you got your pack even if the animation didn’t go through.
