I just activated my pro-order codes yesterday. Today on a rank update, the updates included everything I received with the pre-order codes. BUT when I went to see the updated new items I had earned with my rank, all the preorder items were locked even the emblem I was wearing got the lock. Please someone fix this…please.

This happened to me when i signed in another account as my splitcreen guest. I signed out and restarted halo 4 and they came back.
Restart your xbox and re-download your items.
I spoke with MS and now it’s fixed.
