I’ve played the game for a good few hours now and than I went to do something and turned off the game and my Xbox One, when I came back nothing seems to want to load in properly and I am unable to look at my battle pass progress and its been reset to 0 and on top of that I now have 0 currency despite the fact that I’ve got over 2.5k left. Any helpful advice to resolve this issue?
Restart your console and game, and check again. If that doesn’t fix it, please submit a support ticket.
Restart the game and see if the problem is still there, then try restarting your Xbox. If the problem is still there, contact Halo Insider Support. That’s a bug and it is not intended.
Update: Restarting the console worked for me, cheers for the advice everyone
