Okay so I was gonna let it go when it happened the first time but it happened twice and I’d like to get my res points back, basically I saved up enough res points for a gold pack went to buy it and my game crashed to dashboard I ha e the downloaded veeaion btw and I was like dang I guess I can go hope it didnt open or anything anyway I go to try to find it it’s not in my req packs also the points I spent on it were gone then I checked and I got nothing out of it either no armor or certifications so I was like this sucks but I giess I can let it go and after that I didnt seem to ha e any issues. Low and behold however it just happened again so now im out 20000 req points without anything to show for it can I at least get my points back please or two gold packs I mean they are kind of hard to work up to and im almost done all the reqs so this is even moreso saddening
