Today (12/23/15) I just bought myself the premium req pack bundle and opened my first two packs. What I didn’t realize at the time was that my acct wasn’t synced up properly and when I went two equip my new armors I couldn’t so I waited about twenty minutes then tried again. This time I was synced up properly but none of my openings were there. If someone could explain to me what will be done or if anything will be done to compensate for this that would be great.
