Alright, now I’m pretty sure this is the right forum for this topic, so let’s get right down to it. Recently, my Legendary flames, Recon helmet, and Sangheili officer armor have all disapeered. I also lost my Falcon avatar item.
I went to my download history and attempted to re-download the content. It showed up in my history, and when I selected, and downloaded everything, the only thing I found to return was the falcon avatar item. I must point out that it’s been coming and going ever since I acquired the Bungie 20th Anniversary flames.
Is there something wrong that I need to do, or, what’s going on. If you don’t believe me, I have my code cards and Legendary box and if neccesary I can upload pictures. Thanks in advance.
If you gave more info that would help, such as the fact that you have two gamertags… If it was downloaded on a different gt and console than on what your playing on now then just do a license transfer.

Oh, I think your misunderstanding me. The clip above is me, my only Xbox LIVE account. In the video though, I have a different gamertag name than I do now. I changed it. I still downloaded it with this, only account I own. It was fine for many gamertag changes, and suddenly it went away. My flames, my Elite officer armor, and Recon Helmet.
I’ve tried re-downloading multiple times and it isn’t working. I’ve even cleared my Xbox 360’s cache and it still hasn’t come back. The weird thing is that it worked for the Falcon avatar item, and nothing else.
