When I started playing Reach on the Xbox One VIA backwards compatability I lost my preorder Recon Helmet and Armor. I have the armor contents downloaded on my Xbox one but they do not appear ingame for me to select. Can someone help me? I loved my preorder chestplate and my brother loved the preorder Recon helmet.
