So I just got a gold pack earlier, and as it was opening I got an error message saying I was unable to open it at this time, so I went to my open req pack tab, tried to open it from there, I got another message saying I already opened the pack, and then it disappeared. I checked all of my stuff, all my vehicles, loadout weapons, skins, armor, power weapons, stances, emblems, literally everything, I never got anything new. So basically, I just bought a gold pack and got nothing out of it. What am I supposed to do about this?
Are you able to open it via the web?
Otherwise try the support-forum.
I already checked and it wasn’t on the web version. It just completely disappeared. I’ll go ahead and just make a post on the support forum as you suggested.
