As it says, I have used my req points and was sent back to the main menu of my Xbox with no Rewards and less req points
is there anyway I can get my lost packs back?
(I was a fireteam leader, it seems this has happened multiple times to others)
You could have still unlocked something but didn’t see the screen with what you got. Maybe you can check your unlocks for something new? It would probably be hard to tell if you didn’t have a list of the ones you unlocked.
Reboot your box. 1 of three things will happen.
1 you will have your points back, or
2. The points are gone, but the gold packs will be in your reqs, or
3. The points are gone, but the items from the gold packs where added to your inventory.
All of them are no lose situations.
