I had to delete saved game data so that my game would stop having network errors every game. When I downloaded my profile back it said I was level 6 and had only put 7 hours into the game. Before I was level 50 and I had 130-160 hours into the game.

This should right itself. I did the same thing so that I could fix some broken achievements. I was Rank 23 at the time and when I deleted my saves, I was Rank 1.
I logged back in 24 hours later and my Rank was restored to Rank 23. Give it some time, you should get Rank 50 back.
