Lost Money and Profile buying Reach REQ's

Hello everybody

I was buying these Reach REQ packs today with 30CHF which means I bought 3 cause each one is 9, and then I got this Error saying it couldn’t save my Halo 5 profile and now I lost everything like I cannot access my gear emblems etc. and the money is gone which got me pretty mad.

I restarted Halo 5 even my xbox but still get the error message. Anybody can help? I would sooooo appreciate it!

Don’t worry your not the only one. Lots of players have been experiencing the same server related issues. 343 are aware and are looking into it.
