Played a game of CTF on Basin, used a legendary arena req boost and i got nothing for it. Says i never played that match?!? Waited to see if it just needed to load and nope, nothing. I know I’m never going to get that req boost back but someone needs to look into this. I’ve play a lot of games and know that it needs to load or you’ll get it later sometimes gut not this time.
Any help?
It has happened again, says i never played strongholds on Entombed. Used an Ultra Rare arena req boost this time and i also keep track of my req points before the game. So i started at 1835 RP and after two games of BTB while using RP boost i ended up with 2896 RP. Now i average about 1200 RP per game of BTB and i know sometimes you don’t get that much every game but even if i didn’t i should have received more RP than 1061 RP(total) from each of those boosts.
Just played another game using a coomon xp boost and it recored that i played the game and got the xp an RP from that game. So it seems to be only RP boosts. My history goes from BTS Antifreeze to BTS Basin, but i played two games in between using RP boosts. I wont play anymore matches so that hopefully someone on 343i’s side will see this and investigate.
Maybe my connection to the server was lost without me knowing it or something on my end but i have no clue. Glad i don’t perchase req packs as i would be very angry at this point.
So I’m not asking you to refund my RP boosts cause it’s not that big of a deal but just want someone to be aware of this problem.
