Lost Gold Pack

So, this is not the first time this has happened, but the last 5 gold packs I’ve bought disappeared. I waited a couple days and they didn’t return. I restarted my Xbox multiple times, I uninstalled Halo 5 and my account, I cleared my cache and local game saves, I even factory reset my Xbox, but to no avail.I called Microsoft support and they sent me here. It’s almost like if i don’t want to spend money on the gold packs they don’t care what happens to them. This has happened to a total of probably 15 gold packs, and i never got them back. I’m really frustrated at this point and would like an explanation and maybe my 15 or so missing gold packs back.

EDIT: They’re probably not going to acknowledge this, but i’m positive im not the only one that’s had this problem. This is unbelievably frustrating, and a total waste of time.

I literally counted all my permanent reqs to make sure i wasn’t insane, and the amount of reqs i have haven’t changed. Trust me man, I’ve tried everything i could possibly think of. They quite literally disappear.

They don’t even look at the forums anymore. This proves to me that i need not buy halo 6 and ill tell all of my friends not to as well.

This makes me so mad, WHY DOESN’T 343 LOOK AT THE FORUMS!!!
