Hello. I had just recently got back into halo 4’s multiplayer after about a year, and had also purchased the FOTUS armor for the game around that time. Just yesterday morning I had the armor on my character, but now whenever I boot up the game today the armor set is gone, and I don’t have the avatar items for the FOTUS armor as well. I still have the emblem on my character bu5 other than that I don’t have what I purchased and I would like to see how to get this fixed.

Gotcha. So you should be able to find it in your download history. I‘m a bit rusty on the exact path to get there, but you have to go to the Settings tab (last one all the way to the right from the dashboard). I believe you have to choose “Profile”, but it could be one of the other options. Once you select that, one of the options you should see is “Download History.” Once there, you’ll be able to find your armor (and anything else you’ve purchased) and re-download it.

Well now that I remember… it was actually part of a code I redeemed on one of my older consoles that came with the copy of the game I got. And I’ve gone through the list of all the downloadeds I’ve made and it’s not showing up at all…

If it’s not there, maybe try your purchase history. If it’s not there either, you might have to try something else.
Do you have access to the code by chance? There’s the possibility that you never redeemed it, so no harm trying to redeem it again just in case.
If that doesn’t work either, do you have access to an Xbox One?
