Hi. Just got 3 packs on Xbox. 2 from dailies 1 from level up. I opened 2 then lost connection to halo servers. I could see the last pack but when I tried to open it said error. Can’t load from server. I restarted the game and now I have no card pack anymore. It’s connected again. Please fix! How can I get my cards now?
You lost card packs already? That’s pretty bad. Then again the game isn’t live yet for everyone who bought the Ultimate Edition,(or at least me). Hope you get those lost cards back though.

Did you actually lose the cards? Maybe you got the cards but never say which ones because of a glitch. otherwise probably better off contacting xbox support then.
i did not open the pack and collection does not show new cards. not sure if anything was added. I played a few campaign missions and got a new pack but cant check if this or the prev. is available. when i click on blitz I get server error. I will try again in a few hours.
I open all my packs here in Halo Waypoint. So this isn’t a issue. Try going to halo wars 2 service record here and see if you have any packs you need to open.
