I sold my XB1 and MCC two weeks after the failed launch of the game. I was sent a code as retribution for their failure. Didn’t pay attention to it as I didn’t care anymore. I recently purchased the Halo 5 XB1 collectors edition, and picked up MCC again as I was assured it was better, not perfect, but playable.
I want to know if there’s anyway I can get that e-mail sent again, or just get the code applied to my account? Thanks in advance for any help!
Hi OP, your original code can’t be sent again but it’s certainly possible to get yourself a replacement code. Have a read over the MCC FAQ thread linked in my signature, there’s a section on ODST near the bottom of the first post that gives you the details of what you need to do

Thank you very much! I sent them a message, hopefully I can get it taken care of. Was that all that was given in lour of the disaster that was MCC?
