I recently got a new hard drive for my 360, (issues with the old one) and am currently trying to recover everything I had on it before. I know I bought the Legendary edition (it was on sale) and am now trying to find a way to recover my content. I know that I do not have the red flames, Elite armour, or the Falcon avatar prop. If anyone has an idea of how I can recover this content, that would be greatly appreciated.

if you are referring to any dlc, you can re-install all content assuming to still have the redeem codes. Same goes for maps you may have downloaded. Try a transfer cable for the rest.

You can just redownload them from your download history, you don’t need the redeem codes. Though I would agree that a transfer cable would be very beneficial
