Every day that I’m on h5 my game crashes multiple times and I get disconnected from servers. What am I doing wrong? My Internet is great, from all my past gaming experiences I rarely get issues from my Internet connection. This gets very frustrating when Im in a sweaty arena game with friends and I lag out costing us the W or I use legendary/Ultra rare boosts and lose them, etc. I’m not the only one, almost everyone I have on my FR that plays(ed ) h5 has had this problem before. Is this a possible fix? Btw I’ve tried hard resets on my Xbox and router. So much for next Gen gaming and “Dedicated” servers
Has happened to me everyday in infection for some reason despite my 200Mb Internet.
It’s costing me req boosts but thankfully I’ve not been hit by the banhammer yet - in fact, the games don’t even appear in my game history.

It’s happening to me too. Does anyone know of a solution or is it a Microsoft server issue? So frustrating only started happening like 2 days ago. Before that I’ve played halo 5 from the start and never had issues

Actually 343 made it so, if you loose or quit or sever issue happen… you will not loose the boost card… -Yoink!- will return to your inventory.
Been experiencing this ever since January 2016… Been banned once for lagging out too often…
Had a situation last night where one specific guy in our party would lose commection right when the game was about to start. He’d make it through to the point the timer starts and then “BOOM” lost connection. We wouldn’t lose him on the fireteam or party. And our team would always be down one player.
Curious what is causing that. Perhaps it’s an isolated issue and he’ll be fine the next round but we tried everything.
- Tried multiple game types - Changed the preferences (Balanced, Expanded, etc…) - Made him the Fireteam lead - Closed/Restarted Game - Reset X-Box - Reset Router - He tried playing solo - Other multiplayer games (COD, Etc…) worked fine.Meanwhile, myself and another had zero problems.
Anyone else experience this? Curious if it’s common and if there was a fix. I was sort of thinking it was his router settings.
There was one night, not sure why it was happening, but whenever I was doing multiplayer it would disconnect me. On Warzone, my team was about to win and I got disconnected. Same thing for arena. I was lucky to even finish some of those arena games that night but it’s so frustrating. I’m like in my prime then my screen goes black, shows those halo images with tips, then it says i’ve been disconnected. So frustrating.
