I can’t get through a single game without it lagging me out and telling me that my console has lost connection to the servers my Internet is fine and this is very frustrating please help
For connection stability, I recommend researching your connection in the following ways:
Current ISP (is your ISP the only one in your area? Is it known to have issues connecting to Halo 5 servers?)
Up/down speeds (what does your ISP say it should be, and what does speedtest say it actually is?)
Ping & Packet loss (measure here, and note that you’ll need to update Flash Player and Java, and don’t use Chrome)
Latency with Microsoft Azure servers (probably where the Halo 5 servers are; you can check here, and you can also test up/down speeds to the Azure servers if you want)
