So I just lost connection to a game at the very end of the match and then I was told that I was banned for 8 hours! Didn’t leave the game early or kill any teammates, can someone please help?
I haven’t been banned yet, but have played 2 war zone matches and been taken to a screen with Spartans attacking a promethian, my gamer tag listed, and along the bottom says quit activity, carnage report, spartan hub, and mute all. It will let me go to spartan hub, but not do anything else. Not Internet issue, I have already tested both connection and multiplayer. Help 343.
Looking at your recent history, you have some DNFs in Arena. Interestingly, though, the game stats show one team reaching the point limit, suggesting the game was finished. Thus, I can believe that your disconnects are occurring post-match. If this problem is repeating, you should consider troubleshooting your internet connection. Perhaps something about your connection is unstable with 343i’s servers.
