Lost connection in the middle of the game Arena

Hello friends support, I come to report something that has me very upset lately, I’ve been 3 days playing Arena for up to Champion Level and when I’m starting me ejects the game, going 8-10 games that happen to me this and i do not I like it, I come to ask your help to solve this because the truth I strive every day to get to champion and I see just that every time he drives me me down 30 points CSR to my Onix, I hope your prompt help a solution to my problem, thanks

  • I tested the connection and my console and right. - Restart the modem - My download is 20 Mbps - My load is 4-5 Mbps - My Ping is 19 - I deleted my profile and download it again. - I deleted the console cache. - I restarted all factory

It’s not you.
It’s the servers.

People always blame the user but fail to realize how complex massive servers can be to keep operational. There will be MANY issues. And based on different ISP’s and areas people live in with varying network speeds it can not be tracked to one particular problem or another.

Sometimes it’s OUR ISP that is the issue.
Sometimes it’s the servers.

Give it time. Sorry it sucks I know.
