Is this a known issue or whats going on here. I was pretty pumped
Same happened to me, service record on the waypoint site shows my ranking etc. In game its all gone.
I am also having this issue. I’m hesitant to play more games because I don’t want them to go unrecorded or I don’t make any progress
Having the same issue here. Onyx ranking, not to mention all my stats have been wiped.
It may have been a bug giving out onyx ratings, as I performed poorly in my matches (Averaging somewhere around a .9K/D) and got onyx, which I do not deserve
Same issue here, finished my 10 placement games in swat and then got all my stats, rank and REQ Points cleared
Same, not Onyx though, was plat 1 and got my ranks. Playtime, and REQ Points wiped entirely,and when i boot up halo 5. I have to wait for my rank to shoot up to 9.
I have the same issue. Before this, the REQ system was down which seems to be fixed so it’s probably a byproduct of that.
I lost my progress as well. My Spartan rank reset to 1 until I performed a hard reset, but while my Spartan Rank was restored, I had lost my CSR placements. I’m completely back to square one, requiring ten placement games.
This issue cropped up after I stopped receiving REQ points and experience from my games. Completion of a match would show only a side view of my Spartan without any sort of reward or game summary. These matches seem to appear in my recent games on Waypoint, but aren’t being picked up by the game itself or the API (as seen on HaloTracker).
Here’s hoping that I will wake up to my original CSR placements; I’d hate to have to start all over again.
I just lost all stats, req points and rankings on H5, really disappointing that I have to deal with this.
Have had the same thing happen to me. Was like SR17 with Onyx in SWAT, Diamond in 2 others and Plat in another, and now I have nothing, no REQ points and SR1, all CSR rankings gone.
I wouldn’t worry too much. Your Waypoint profile still has the information, and I was able to retrieve my Spartan Rank (SR) and my REQ points with a hard reset. The information is out there, there’s just an issue with having it sync up properly.
It doesn’t show my stats on waypoint.
I’ve been having the same problem since earlier today. It started off with the post carnage reports not showing, then earning REQ points/games not counting at all, and now having my ranks show they have been reset as well as my multiplayer stats. I can’t even access my service record on Waypoint, it gives me a “Problem Detected” screen.

Yeah, my Waypoint is throwing an error now. I can still see your (old stats) on HaloTracker, though! :?
This happened to me too. Wasn’t able to buy req pack, made a hard reset, booted the game up and now all of my ranks and spartan rank are reset. I was onyx in swat and diamond in others. I’m really bummed about all.of this and hope 343 gets this fixed, I really don’t want to have to restart all over again.
This is ridiculous I hope it isnt a glitch giving out Onyx because I worked my * off in SWAT lol

Stats Reset… Like Seriously i was at SR12 and i was ranked in Arena!! Now it shows that I’ve done nothing in PvP…
Plus all my Req Points want away too! I’m sure I’m not gonna get anything back!
I also had my ranks not show up when in an arena lobby. Although it does show my CSR after the games I play, but win or lose my CSR goes down either way. I was Champion 162 in Team Arena and now I’m in onyx after winning 4 games and losing 1. This loss of CSR also occurs when I play breakout. Is there anyone I can talk to about this problem?
