Lost All of my Specializations

I purchased the LE of Halo 4, I put the code in and i got all of the specializations (locked of course) but today when I logged in I lost all of them and had the default ones.

Has this happened to anyone else?
and is there a way to fix it?

3-download history
4-redownload spec

Also going to xbox dashboard and signing out fix’s it for some people, just figured i let you know that if it happens again.
