I recently updated Halo 4 and now the only specializations I can pick are Wetwork and Operator yet somehow I’m still using rogue. I pre-ordered the limited edition copy so I got all the specializations although since theupdate they are just not there.
Can someone please tell me if there is a way to fix this. thx.

Redownload them should fix this annoying issue.
Hesitant to install the update now… By redownload do you mean re-redeem the code? Will that even be possible?
Edit: dunno if this will be of any help btw, but here goes: when I got to SR 50, I only got to choose from Wetwork and Operator even though I already redeemed the code that came with the LE. Couldn’t re-redeem it either. When I signed out of my account and signed back in all specializations were there, so you might wanna try that.
Settings->Account->Download History->Download Again

Nope, just go in your download history and redownlaod it.
what is it you have to redownload? I was looking in download history and couldnt see anything relevant. I have LE and had all the specializations

Just redownload specialization code Priority Alpha or use the code you used to redeem them with the limited edition copy.
Just DLed the update and didn’t have any problems with Specializations, but all my custom loadouts got erased. Annoying as hell. Apparently these updates are not implemented without difficulties.
I just tried redowloading and nothing is available. I have finished Spartan, Wetwork, Operator, and Tracker. The other specializations are not showing up. Any ideas?

This new update I just downloaded for Halo 4 reset all of my loadouts (so I had to remake them). What’s bothering me is that it now shows only 2 specializations, and I cannot redownload the file (which I gained from the email code) because it is no longer in my systems files. Did I just lose my specializations from this update? I’m level 49 and I wanted to do Rogue…guess I’ll have to wait for this to be fixed.
Redownload a file? Which file, you mean erase the update and let it redownload because the file that was added from redeeming the email code is no longer there.
I tried reclicking the email code, says the code was already used. What is going on here…it’d be a shame to lose specializations again making xp a further waste of time. I miss the days where when you purchase a game, you purchase the advertised game.
I just his SR-60 and went to pick my new specialization and they were missing. I tried re-downloading the Infinity pack, the Specialization Priority pack (with some difficulty, it somehow got registered to something other than my x-box and didn’t want to let me download it), and restarting the system but they’re still gone. Anyone have any ideas?
I have tried redownloading the update and same patches, and I’m still in the same boat. I had specializations yesterday, but now they’re gone. I’ll be at lvl49 until it’s fixed as I really wanted that Rogue specialization. I should have grinded last night to have it before this silly update broke everything. Unfortunate and unavoidable regrets. I hope that this is resolved soon.
I was also in this situation. I went to download the code again but it was “already used” and I don’t have any specialization codes in my download history, even though I DID use it. Help?
having the same problem and i redownloaded the infinty actual kit code that gave u the specializations and i signed in and out and turned my xbox off and everthing. still didnt get my specializations back. the only ones i have are the one im using (pathfinder), wetwork and operator. Come on 343!
Same thing for me… I just got an xbox after 2 weeks of my old one dieing. Transferred my licences and everything to make sure, first time i looked I had all my specializations, i look again later that night and they were all gone… I’m SR 59 Rogue…
Still no resolution for this update breaking specializations. I’ve just stopped playing as I’m getting close to lvl 70 
I hope they patch this with an update to fix the update. It’d be nice to play Halo4 before the new year rolls around.
still dont no what going on. i keep lossing them and getting them back. like its happened 3 times and now i lost them again. whats going on? im at level 60 and i just completed pathfinder and i want to move on to pioneer or rouge. but i cant cuz there not there. 343 please give us an answer to this problem. its really annoying
redownloading doesnt help because they just go away again the next day
