I still have my rank and can re-access all my armor. But how do I get my Campaign data back?
By playing it again, unfortunately. There isn’t any way that I know of to get it back again.
Also, I hope you remember where all the terminals were, because they reset too.
sigh…Does this happen to people often or can I assume this is a one time thing?
This happened to me on Reach. It’s probably because you turned of the console or went to Xbox home while it was still saving.

It should certainly be a one time thing. This game should not have random reoccurring resets on save data. Maybe you’ll get lucky and it’ll come back as randomly as it left. In an adequate world…
it happens and apparently a lot as i see many posts like this.
it happened to me while i was playing swat. my game was disconnected and when it came back my campaign was reset and the MM stuff was defaulted. no way to get any back either.

How many save options do you have? I clicked on the wrong one one time and i freaked out when i didn’t have anything but then i restarted and picked my hard drive option and everything was back.
