I’ve had the same thing happen to me today, despite playing the campaign earlier in the day to mop up some achievements. After that I went to my dashboard and was AFK for a little while.
When I loaded my game back up to play some War Games, I was greeted with the message from 343i - the same message you get for your first time playing. I also got the cutscene and brief tutorial again when entering Infinity.
I’ve checked my save file and they’re fine, no signs of corruption. I still have my SR, unlocks and commendations so I’m assuming they’re saved server side rather than client.
Is there any resolution to this, or do I (and others who’ve had the problem) have to bite the bullet and re-do our progress all over again?
