So, as I’m sure a bunch of others here have unlocked everything for Reqs, I quite often find myself going on Gold Pack buying sprees after saving up 200-300 thousand REQ points. When I buy the packs, i spam buy button, click gold pack, click yes to buy (with REQ points not actual money), hit B quickly as I don’t care what I got, then rinse and repeat for half an hour. Well, sometimes…when you hit B after opening the pack it will take you back to the original defaulted selection, which varies from season but this time happens to by the Mythic Packs.
So now I’m spam buying the mythic packs using REQ points, without knowing it, and before you know it it says im out of Req Points. So frustrated, those Mythic Packs aren’t worth it since I can get 15 Gold Packs (4,000/pack) for the same price as one Mythic (60,000/pack). The Mythic Packs are fun to use, but they are wholly less effective comparing to other REQ options like Ultra Banshees, Whiplashes, Temple Wraiths, Ad Vics, and other REQs that are much more important to winning games than a moderate inventory of mythic weapons.
Would avoid this issue if there was a mass buy or mass sell option on the console. Will stick to the Chrome Extension in the future.
Well the issue here is really just your own lack of patience OP, not a missing ‘mass purchase’ option.

There absolutely should have been a ‘mass purchase’ button. What if you had 3 million RP and you wanted a lot of a limited time pack?

I believe the point Kenni is trying to make is that the two issues are separate. The lack of an option to buy in bulk is not the reason OP ending up wasting points on the Mythic packs. Sure, it would be great to have that option to speed things up, but there is no option to do so right now. So, in order to ensure you get the right packs, you have to pay attention to the menus in order to only buy what you intend to.

I don’t recall i ever wrote there should not be an option, i replied in regards to the ‘‘issue’’ in which OP wants the option, based on his own lack of patience which caused him to spend too many REQ points on the wrong pack, which could have been avoided if only he had looked.
Wether it should be there or not, is not really the point of my original comment.

But yes that is correct, i was addressing the issue of OPs own lack of patience, not wether there should be an option or not to purchase in bulk.
Suggestion:
Go to halowaypoint.com on your smart phone, tablet, or computer and log into your account using your Microsoft credentials and purchase your req packs from within the Service Record, Requisitions, REQ Store menu section on the website. After purchasing your pack with req points and exiting the pack purchase, it keeps your last pack purchase request on the screen so you can continue purchasing the same pack choice. You can do this during in-game as well as between and post game. However, you are not able to sell requisitions while in-game. Also, opening packs online eliminates the problematic issue of not being able to sell some of the pack’s items when opening packs from the store on the Xbox console. For me, this is a much faster way. Have a great day.

Try to Contact the Support for this problem
Heaviies that sucks. Happened to me one time too. I tried contacting support but they did nothing. It’s such a pain buying 100k’s worth of gold and silver packs. A mass buy and sell would be great. Love the chrome extension for selling in mass qtys.
I wouldn’t call that lost… That is user caused by spamming buttons. While I guess a mass buy would be nice it’s not really necessary since it is easily avoided by users simply buying packs early and not letting points accumulate unnecessarily.
While there should be an option to not have to buy packs individually, this could’ve easily been avoided with an ounce of patience. When you put your brain on autopilot and start mashing buttons as quickly as possible, you aren’t paying as close of attention to what you’re doing as you should be.
If you keep passing the house you’re looking for as you’re only quickly glancing at the numbers, all you need to do to solve this is to actually take in your surroundings.
And yes of course I did this out of stupidity. It was ignorant of me not to check every time to make sure I was hitting gold pack. I’m not expected anyone to fix a mistake I made so obviously.
Would just be nice if there was a mass buy option or a mass sell option that worked with the game. The Chrome extension is great, but has its limitations.
Just a shame the REQ system interface is so clunky.
