I got over 10,000 REQ points and went to get a gold pack. It took my REQ points but didn’t get me the gold pack. I checked my collection and I got no new stuff. Nothing. Is there a fix for this? I’m really upset I lost the points but didn’t get anything.
Not that I know of. It seems to just be a glitch that would be hard to pin down. I’ve never had that happen, but my stats did all reset to zero, removing all of my Halo 5 achievements, so I feel that I understand your frustration.

I would send a message to someone in customer service (or whatever the correct apparatus is for 343i) and you should be able to get your req points back

On rare occasions, a REQ Pack will open without displaying the full animation. If this happens, the items will still be placed directly into your inventory. If the items are not immediately visible in your inventory, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and the items should be there. Additionally, if you’d like to check from your computer, the items should be in your inventory here on Halo Waypoint as well. We apologize for the inconvenience!
