One of the warzone bundle packs I receive weekly has just disappeared after I opened it saying the pack had already been opened without giving me any reward. I spent a good sum of money on these packs and now they have gone to waste. Has anyone else had this problem and a possible solution to it?

Hey OP, generally when issues like this happen the items will be automatically added to your REQ inventory, it just skips the opening animations. If you hard reset your console the items will show up in your inventory, though you’ll only know what you got if you’ve been keeping track. You will get the items though
