The past two days I’ve been grinding games in order to redeem the remembering reach pack , I was extreamly close to getting it but my membership had ran out . Then I proceeded to try and forge which fail greatly, got offline and then today I came online with a two day membership and discovered I had no more req points . I don’t know what happened at all but I’m very aggravated.
Do a hard reset on your bed and when you restart the game your points should be there. You can also check your to here on WP.
