Anyone else experiencing this problem? Since the update I have been losing packs through errors whilst opening them, the packs staying in the REQ screen and being unable to be redeemed as they are already open. I’ve lost several rank up packages and around 7 Gold Packs. Its nothing to do with my connection, just the game bugging out. WTF?
You still get the stuff in the packs,so you aren’t losing anything.
I can confirm I don’t, checked everything and nothing was new.
You do, it is a sync. error between the site and the game.
Try restarting Halo 5 or Try doing an Xbox Hard reset which means holding the power button for 10 seconds. Cheers:)
You should be able to see your REQs on Xbox after that. You can check your REQs here on waypoint as well.
On rare occasions, a REQ Pack will open without displaying the full animation. If this happens, the items will still be placed directly into your inventory. If the items are not immediately visible in your inventory, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and the items should be there. Additionally, if you’d like to check from your computer, the items should be in your inventory here on Halo Waypoint as well. We apologize for the inconvenience!
