So this is a consistent problem, I go to open a req pack and then Halo 5 freezes and dashboards me. I got back to open it and it’s gone. I just earned a Spartan company req pack only to lose it because of bad game design. I don’t even know what was in the pack. This has been an issue since launch. How it hasn’t been addressed is beyond me.
Don’t worry, you didn’t lose anything. The game froze and skipped the opening animation, but you can find all your new items in req inventory. Be sure to hard reset your console first, then check your collection.
