Hey I just lost a gold req pack today I bought it for 10000 points then it said could not be opened at this time. Well it showed up in my packs available to be opened but still showed the same error when trying to open it. I said oh well I’ll try again later but after a match of team arena it was gone and my points gone too. This is frustrating and I want my points back or a gold pack to replace it because at this point I can only open gold packs to get new stuff and it takes so long only to not even get what I worked for. Please help 343.
On rare occasions, a REQ Pack will open without displaying the full animation. If this happens, the items will still be placed directly into your inventory. If the items are not immediately visible in your inventory, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and the items should be there. Additionally, if you’d like to check from your computer, the items should be in your inventory here on Halo Waypoint as well. We apologize for the inconvenience!
