Losing Most Games and Getting Tons of Assists

I swear, I have the worst luck when it comes to Halo 4 and picking which teams I get on. It doesn’t matter which game type I’m playing. Every single time, my team loses because they either don’t play the objective and just try to get kills in more objective based game modes like King of the Hill or they’re just horrible players when it comes to getting kills in game modes like Slayer and Big Team Slayer. I could have already completed the monthly challenge by now if I would have just been placed on the teams that have good players that know what they’re doing. I’d say that the last seven or eight games that I’ve played have been losses because of my teammates. Most go negative while the ones on the other team go positive.

Also, my KD is total crap. I have about 110 more deaths than I do kills because of the amount of assists I get. I’ll get the person’s shield down to nothing, some random teammate will shoot him the head, and I’ll see that annoying assist medal show up on my screen. It’s irritating me. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve wanted to throw my controller out of my window. My assists almost equal my kills! Does this happen to anyone else as much as it happens to me? If so, what’s your story and is there any advice anyone can give to help me along when it comes to dealing with these problems?

Yeah I get a lot of assists and it gets so annoying my assists aren’t equal to my kills but it seems like they are during a game. Overall though I get put with decent players I hate it when someone steals my kill when I’m assassinating or they see me go one on one with this other guy and decide to totally come and steal my kill. Sometimes I get more assists than kills but I recently started dominating games(more than when I first got Halo 4).

Having a teammates help each other most of the times results in a positive outcome with a win and a positive K/D hopefully.
There are many times that a fight is to close to call and that extra support is always good to have when you need it and giving up an assist doesn’t bother me at all.

Its always better having someone watching your back.
