I just earned enough points to buy a gold pack and as it was doing its little blinking unlock dance the screen went to the loading screen saver and brought me back to main menu. I went back to req store and I’m 10000 points less and have nothing to show for it. Has this happened to anyone? I believe my friend simply backed out while we were in party while it was opening. Please let me know if this or something similar happened to you. Getting certifications is very rare and collecting enough req points takes time, this was an extremely agitating misfortune.
If the points disappeared then you received the pack, it just so happens that you don’t know what you received. Go though and check.
