I hope it’s not my imagination. The map looks a lot better as it’s no longer some super dark environment.
I agree, it’s lighter in my opinion. Probably because this is a later build than that at E3, thus more time on details like lighting.
Yeah, looks like they added some lights to hallways and small blueish white lights at the center. It is still pretty dark, but a little better. They originally had the center of the map lit up by a bright light… don’t know why they changed it.

That assassination was freaking awesome. But I wouldn’t necessarily judge the lighting by the video, given how it was recorded.
It’s the exact same as it was at E3.
