I know some people will not agree with me but I believe 343 is going in the right direction. Back in the master chief collection I was so mad at 343 cuz the matchmaking wasn’t working, and all the community was saying that they needed to fix that. So even though they took a while to fix it, they did it. And gave us ODST compensating for their mistake. I know they should have give us the game working at launch. But At least they fixed it and gave us something for it. Some other companies wouldn’t even bother.
and now with halo 5 they are listening again. Halo 5 wasn’t all the package some would expect from a halo game at launch. But at least the matchmaking is working way better than any game that I have played before (don’t play that too many games though). So they didn’t make the same mistake like MCC.
And I see they are improving the content for halo 5 for free. People were complaining about Not BTB, there it is.

The physics and the frame rate are locked together or something like that so with that engine and the power of the Xbox one it’s impossible to achieve. But I’m positive about halo 6 with split screen. And all the other stuff you are saying may not put all in halo 5 but with time they will add a lot of stuff, you’ll see.

Sadly, it won’t be coming. Halo 5 is done in terms of story, and it turns out about half of the community wasn’t happy with it. Here’s to hoping Halo 6 has a proper build-up and an actual climax.

Those bolded statements have been confirmed in the recent community update, but honestly it should’ve been there at launch. Clearly, 343i were not prepared with Halo 5’s release.

So, many of the features of previous Halo games aren’t in this game. Ah well. Good job it has lots of other great content, it’s just you don’t like it. Many other people do. They could simply lower the framerate or graphics fidelity when playing splitscreen. Plenty of games do that already. As for everything else, you can’t write it off as “Oh, you’ll see, they’ll put it in later,” because, the current state of the game is lacking these aspects and that’s what I’m talking about, not the future. These things were in place since launch for the previous games, except for Ricochet. There’s no reason 343 had to release an unfinished game under the condition that “it’ll come later”. This isn’t Steam Early Access. This is an official release.

I’m pretty sure I’ll do what I want, and if I want to post, then hey, look at me, I’ll be posting. I don’t care what you thought of me, think about all the content that have been in Halo games prior that would outright removed from this one for whatever reason. It doesn’t have “lots of other great content” to speak of. More armor to dress your barbie doll Spartan? That you can’t even get the ones you want unless you pray to RNGesus? A RNG version of Invasion where you better how you have more power weapon trading cards than the enemy team? You are right it misses a lot of content at launch but what I’m saying is that they will add content.
And the frame rate is locked at 60fps so are the physics. So if they lower the frame rate the physics won’t work properly. This thread is about 343 adding what we’re asking. Not what the game missed at launch.

I wouldn’t say exactly staples on firefight and spartan ops but they are the kind of thing possibly created to feel like some thing new that should be carried on.
Dominion to me was one of the best things about Halo 4 and if it had been carried over to warzone I think it would of made a great playlist. I don’t even know why it isn’t available on halo 4 any more.
I don’t know who they are listening to, I cant believe I bought an Xbox One for Halo. Uggh!. It wouldn’t be so bad if the campaign was good instead of some weird Squad Based game where MC is an after thought. Congrats 343 you have turned me into a Sony Pony.
