I will begin by saying that i was very skeptical after Halo 4, and the horrible release of MCC. But after watching some game play I will say it looks like a blast. However, I would like to see a few adjustments made prior to release. I will also state that it is not my goal to make this Halo 2 or Halo 3 and I’m 100% okay with the series evolving. These adjustments are things that I enjoy in a halo game so I wanted to mention them so here goes.
First, Ranking, i’m not 100% sure how the ranking will work, but I can tell you now that if you add competitive ranking like a numbering system you will have an easier time convincing people to stay. it gives people reason to continue to play multiplayer and something to look forward to. Achieving the highest skill possible is something to work for and really keeps you interested.
Second, Kill cam, as I mentioned previously, I’m okay with evolving so add infinite sprint that’s fine it needs to happen given maps can be super large, climbing is good too, but the kill cam I don’t really deem necessary and it just doesn’t feel like halo. IDK perhaps I’ll get use to it when actually get to play the game I’m still on edge on that one.
Third, All the announcements. Definitely cluttered and should really be cleaned up, I remember not being able to hear one of the kill streaks because it was interrupted. And biggest of those, get rid of the power weapon announcement. People learning times that things spawned, made for better strategy and competitiveness
Fourth, and final thing, take away some medals, I want to feel accomplished for earning something, and not receive a pat on the back every time I pull the trigger. Also add MVP if it’s not already there that was something that I had a good time trying to get each match and really made it competitive.
That’s it! I’m not trying to say that by adding this it will be the game everyone wants, but this would definitely make me want to play and even stay. Thanks for reading.
