These are important for the competitve team, most people think just because they do good in matchmaking means it will transfer over and it doesn’t. I can’t tell you how many people waltz on in from these forums and they lack almost everything it takes to even START a team; nevermind compete and place.

Goal: To play with a group of competitive players that will open up more opportunities for me to improve as an
individual and team player. I have increasing potential and willing to grow with the team. A father of two so my time
schedule may vary hourly but I can guarantee daily practice. Currently there is no focus for me besides Halo, and
my daughters since No school/work atm. I am confident with all call outs, power-up/weapon times, and map
strategies. I am willing to dedicate as much of my spare time as I possibly can to practice and work as a team.
