Are you trying to start your own community from scratch? If so, it’s a tough and rigorous process. I started a Halo Reach community last year. Our community now has expanded from Reach to building divisions within BlackOps. Starting from one clan from one game and moving into another gets a little tough. but it all depends on how you want to build your community. Here’s a few points I recommend:
-Find Members; creating a clan and changing your gamertag is easy to say that you are in the clan. However, if you don’t have a solid group of members or leaders you can start with, your community will build slow.
-Website; Having a website is key. It helps maintain organization of your community. I also find that is helps with activity.
-Structure; this is probably the up-most important thing about a clan. You need to structure it with ranks. Having this allows your community clans to stay organized. It’s also a fun factor for members having to be promoted.
