The campaign is less than 24 hours away. Been hearing about how huge the ring is and how long the campaign is. People saying, “11+ hours in and i’m only 25-30% through.” I’m glad cuz this might be it, ya know? Perhaps, the last Halo game of the franchise. I’m looking forward to the story, i’m looking forward to action, and to the conclusion of my favorite video game series.

I doubt it will be the last game, and I highly doubt it will be the conclusion of the franchise. At most we’ll see the end of certain story arcs, but more will come imo. As for the length of the campaign… That will vary from player to player.
We know from the achievements it can be done in less than eight hours, but I expect that will be missing out non essential parts.

Reviews say it is like 12h long.

Just learned the game doesn’t unlock at midnight but 1pm my time. I made sure I was off tomorrow and I wont even have time to play since half the time I will be installing it. Crying inside rn
Sadly this won’t be anything like a conclusion, it’ll be more like a teaser for the next campaign. Which will in turn tease the next campaign, and on and on and on until we stop buying it. I wouldn’t expect much catharsis.
