I am recruiting for the IPro Spartan Company, I am waiting for two pends from two of my friends & I am still waiting for my other 2 or 3 friends who live only a couple of blocks from me in my neighborhood to see if they will join my company. Any down to business, This company is all about Loyalty, Honesty, Being strong & Never Quitting a single Matchmaking(especially, if its a 1v4, No Excuses). In my company if you play with any member like other recruits, company commanders or the 2 generals, you will face a serious consequence like being forcibly removed. If you trash talk to anyone that has a mic, you will be held responsible, not the clan it doesn’t matter what your age is, you bend by the rules in my spartan company & any act of trash talking well go down on you because I don’t got time to deal with you. My goal is to make people understand the professional things in Halo any title(expect for Halo Wars 1 or 2, those are optional).
If you join my company, you will need tested first in an custom game of Halo 5:Guardians in custom games with mlg rules set & how ever many kills you get in a match against me or anyone else that’s above a Platinum 3 in arena or slayer, that will determine where you are & where you stand, that is also where you will work at, but you don’t need to be on everyday if you got stuff to do like, take care of your child, sibling or doctor appointment, just tell me ahead a time. But Company Commanders will get special privileges(company commanders are the ones who completed Halo 5 on Legendary with or without skulls on, Co-op or Solo) & so will Generals(only the ones who completed every Halo on Legendary with or without skulls on, co-op or solo & the Halo:CE original & Halo 2 original are required as well from the original Xbox, Anniversary’s will also work, but really need for you have completed the whole franchise on legendary, including spin-offs or pre-quels, or Anniversary’s). Those who never played the Halo titles on the xbox 360 & if they started Halo 4 will be called the Recruits(also known as cadets).
My spartan company will only take people 15+ under 15 you will not be able to join(sorry, its the way my team does things & its policy, cannot break them).
Important Info!: If they are any girl gamers, you will have to be nice to them & not say anything bad about them, gamer girls in my spartan company will get special privileges over the boy gamers because they deserve it more than us guys, I will not tolerate with any misbehavior & don’t you lie about your gender either, because if you lie to ME, that is not being Honest & in this company its all about being truthful with every member(but you can lie about personal things, just not appearance or where you work), No eating when using mics, you can drink, but please no eating(its annoying). No music when playing with members(by yourself its fine, but not with any other member who joins my company). Another thing is You must have a Mic(unless your like me & your just a quiet person & don’t lie, I should have a new one in the summer). When you lie to any member, you will face removal from my company or another action will be taken(it can be worked out, but you will have to do something that, you don’t want to do, like sell a req pack or spend 20,000 req points just to stay in, bribes will not work because that is automatically kicking you out of the company).
Questions about this, I am happy to answer them, but only weekends though & next week only. If you want me to add or subtract some rules, I will take those into consideration & talk to my original members of my spartan company & if they agree within 72hrs, it will happen within 32 days as it takes a while for me to write them down, edit them & revise them.
