Fireteam Pegasus Machinima Spartan Company is looking for new members to help with both body and voice acting.
What is Fireteam Pegasus
Fireteam Pegasus is a Spartan company dedicated to Machinima using the Halo series of games (Mainly Halo 5 at the moment). We believe in making Machinima for the fun of it rather than for subscribers but we do still listen to feedback as we are always looking to make our content better.
We are currently working on a main series with a long term plot, a series of shorts that relate to the main series and a series of (Hopefully) comedy shorts as well.
Our goal is to create a team that has fun making Machinima and eventually incorporate a very relaxed none stressful schedule to make sure content is produce swiftly and that everyone remains in the loop.
What you get out of it
We understand that body or voice acting is no easy task, normally you are expected to stick to a persons vision and you are left with very little room to experiment or bring your own ideas to life.
At Fireteam Pegasus we believe in incorporating as many ideas as possible and believe that you have a voice and are not just another number filling out a role, you would be able to suggest your own ideas for the current series we produce and if you have an original idea for a new series we would do our best to help you out in return providing we have the resources to do so.
In the end we want everyone to feel invested in each others ideas and make the entire project feel like there own. In this respect you will always be credited for your contribution to the any Machinima project.
Lessons learnt
In the past we have made mistakes when recruiting which led to multiple lessons having been learnt in terms of how and when we make Machinima which we believe are avoidable in the future.
These are
- A lack or recruitment leading to delays in filming sessions ( We are looking for ways to improve upon this but we believe as our content improves people should want to join naturally) - Changes of scripts to incorporate new ideas leading to delays ( A flexible story direction has been put in place with a large number of forge maps completed) - A lack of communication about filming dates ( You should be given a lot of notice before a session begins)How do you join
To join all you have to do is send a message to company leader jayman567 who will arrange a brief interview with you to make sure that we would be the right company for you, making sure you would have fun with us is important so this time is available for you to ask as many questions as possible which we will answer truthfully.
