I have some specific things I want out of my spartan company.
- I’m a competitive player for the most part so when I play, I play to win. I would like for my spartan company to have the same mindset, not just some casual people trying to have a chat while shooting at things. Mics are a must I mean this is 2016 if you do not have a mic, what are you doing? - It would be nice to have scheduled practices in custom games, but not mandatory, if they are mandatory its a no go for me because my schedule at work is sporadic. Some days I work mornings, and some days I work nights. - No age req. At the moment I have a young guy under my wing so to speak, and he’s trying to improve so I am helping him in any way I can. He would probably be joining the spartan company as well, but as I said he’s a little younger. - This goes hand in hand with 2, but I wont be able to be on every day. Sometimes when things get really busy I might even miss a week, so there cant be any mandatory log in requirements. If I dont think ill be playing for a while I will let someone know. Im not interested in Achilles or any of that if I could find 10 active people to play with, that would be nice. I am not looking to join a new spartan company so 10 - 20 active members would be nice. After all I am looking for people to play with, if I joined a new spartan company it would just leave me in the same situation I am in now.I think thats pretty much it, if you think your spartan company can meet this then either send me a msg on xbl or reply here ill be checking this thread for the next couple of days. If you just reply with your spartan companies info and say join us I probably wont even give you a look, try to answer these specifics the best you can please I dont want to waste my time.
