Hey there fellow Spartans!
I’m Greyclaw but most people just call me Grey. I’ve been playing Halo since Halo 2 when I was but a wee lad and never really had that many like-minded people to play with. That being said, I flitted between a few semi-competitive clans on my adventure from Halo 2 to Halo 4 and after that I sort of fell out of love with Halo for a while when MCC came out. However, I recently got majorly back into Halo through the MCC and when Halo 5 drops I’d really like some people to play with! So I was thinking, I’ve played competitively in two large DotA 2 tournaments so why not try make a team to one day compete in the amateur Halo E-Sports team and do two things I love at once? So I’ve decided to try and put together a small team of friends to train and play together but not take things too seriously.
A few pointers to figure out if this is for you:
- I’m looking for friends as well as teammates, if we’re really good but just don’t get on it’s not going to work out, sorry. - Unless you’re really adamant about this, I’m looking for people around the GMT timezone, so that’s primarily lads from the UK and the rest of Europe, I’m GMT +1. - You need to be able to make time for competitive practice at least once a week, however we can all just play casual any other time as mates. - I’m ideally looking for 3 guys/gals as I want a team not a clan, but if a few more are interested we can do rotations. - I do A-Level courses so during mid-day on the weekdays I’m not available, but should be online most days from 3:00 PM GMT onward. - I’m 17 and looking mainly for players 16+ at the youngest so there will be no age or travel problems if we play in any amateur tournaments down the line. - Bonus points if you like Warhammer 40k and play Destiny! That’s about it really, if you’re interested leave a comment or message me and we can hang out and chat for a bit, my Gamertag is Greyclaw.
Thanks for your interest!
