I am the leader of the Instinct Armed Forces. {T.I.A.F.}.
I had made the clan just a week ago, and I have already gotten my co leader and my first general of the clan. And I have also already set up Protocol, clan rules, ranking systems, and certain clan branches. The reason for this post is that I need two more generals, and other High ranking officials in the clan. My recruiting has not gone well. We have commandos, snipers, pilots for vehicles,main army, and the intelligence department. We have the ranks in the order following:

Leader, Coleader, General (3), Commander (2), Colonel (?), lieutenant (?), Private (?), Cadet (?), **Recruit (?).**The official info has been set as to the following:

-clan status department
Commanders can propose a branch/department and can or can not be accepted by all alpha class

Alpha class- Leader, CoLeader, General/Commander.
Bravo class- Colonel, Corporal, Lieutenant
Charlie class- Private, Cadet, Recruit
***To rank up you must get at least one recruit, attend all training sessions, or pass training, and then approved to a rank by either an alpha class, or a bravo class.

-ZERO TOLERNCE FOR AGUING-PERSON WHO STARTED IT AS DECIDED BY LEADER WILL HAVE CROUCH LAPS AROUND FORGE WORLD 10 TIMES, PERSON WHO MADE IT WORSE, 5 CROUCH LAPS, PEOPLE WHO DID NOTHING OR HELPED CALM IT, NONE.
-YOU MUST ATTEND AT LEAST TEN ACCOUNTED DAYS OF TRAINING BEFORE BEING PROMOTED TO PVT. RANK. IF YOURE MORE ADVANCED, THEN IT WILL BE SEEN PERSONALLY BY THE LEADER AND DECIDED ON
-IF YOU DO GET A RECRUIT, THEN THAT PERSON WILL DEPEND ON YOU TO REPORT BACK TO COMMAND
-IF ANYONE OR EVEN A HIGHER UP DISREGARDS YOU OR MISFIRES, THEN A JURY WILL BE TAKING PLACE.
-DO NOT ALLY WIHT ANYONE UNTIL DECIDED UPON COMMANDERS/GENERALS, OR COLEADER OR LEADER. DO NOT APPROVE A RAID IF YOURE LOWER THAN ALPHA CLASS (SEE MORE…)
-IF YOU FIRE UPON A FELLOW MEMBER, YOU WILL GET A CROUCH LAP AROUND FORGE WORLD, AND THEN SEEN IN JURY FOR MORE OR LESS.
-IF YOU BREAK AT LEAST ONE YOU MUST SEND AN APOLOGY TO THOSE WHO WERE IN THE SITUATION, AND IF YOU BREAK THREE YOU WILL BE KICKED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
-ANY RACIAL SLUR OR RACISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. OR YOU WILL DO THE RULE UP ABOVE ^^^
-ANYTHING THAT BOTHERS ANYBODY SUCH AS CONCERN CAN ASK THE LEADER, ANY ALPHA OR BRAVO CLASS.
