Requirements:
-Friendly, Mature (important qualities to a successful team)
-HIGHLY communicative - MUST have a mic!
-Emphasis on 4v4/5v5 matches (Slayer Pro, CTF, etc.)
-Again, I can’t stress this enough, but you must communicate (e.g. 1 shot at “insert area name”)
-Emphasis on win+loss. We go into a game wanting to win.
-Don’t be cocky. Don’t be a lone wolf.
-Accept losses and move on. That’s how you get better.
