I wanted to started a group of machinima directors so that we can rise up and make more machinima’s like the old days where machinima was not considered a quick scoping montage by a screaming fanboy. If anyone is interested in joining the machinima alliance, please look at the options that are available as of now since I’m trying to put this off the ground.
To Be a Machinima Director, you have to have the pre requisites.
1.) Have A capture Card
2.) Must have minimum 10 body actors that will be ready to help you.
( Asking for Body Actors here that are taken by other machinima directors does not count unless they agree to help film with you in a different day that their machinima director is filming. Why? Because they get tired from filming with their machinima director, and they might not come your filming which will cause disorganization and fights between other machinima directors. So if you ask for body actors, check in their date!.)
3.) Must have an editing system (Windows movie maker does not count, you could download video pad, look at guidlines.)
4.) Have permission from the Admin and soon to be a vote on other machinima directors. (But now is just approval of Admin)
5.) Dedication
6.) Always on the forums at LEAST once a week to see that you didn’t quit.
7.) You will need to have the experience of this follow to be a machinima director:
1.) Writing
2.) Editing
3.) Body Acting
4.) Leadership
5.) Patience
BODY ACTORS
A ton of machinima directors are always in need of body actors, but for here this is what the pre requisites are.
1.) Always listen to the Body Actor
2.) Patience
3.) Always on time for the filming
4.) Don’t joke around while filming
VOICE ACTORS
Well being a voice actor is fun and all… But it’s seriouz biznizz…
You would have to practice constantly untill you get the lines right; and even if you do, the machinima director would ask for you to redo it again.
Requirments for voice acting here
1.) A voice cam (I mean really!, if you want a really cheap one, you could go and get one for $20 in office max, mine is only an HD webcam for $40…)
2.) YOU CANNOT USE YOUR XBOX LIVE MIC!
3.) Be on for at least once a week to contact the machinima directors.
4.) When making a thread about voice actor do this.

Accent:
Types of voices you can play:
Email Address: (Yes you need one to send the voice files)
5.) A voice filter (Really, no one want to hear HHHHHHHHSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHH HI SHHSHSHSHSHHSHSHSH!) ( You could buy one on office max, but a FREE and GOOD is this wave pad)
How to install wavepad
1.) Go to link
2.) Download
3.) Go to control panel
4.) Right Click on the program
5.) Click free version (it’s 100% the same thing )
I would later put on tutorials on how to use wave pad (really easy to use.)
