you both sound like great candidates for Tactical Gaming, we have over 2200 members with over 150 members in our Halo division we have been estabished since 2004 (previously won fraggednation cup 2 on halo 3) we cater to players of all skill levels and obviously we help players get used to teamworking and show solid tactics for maps as well we run 2 practices a week for 2 hours a time as well as optional practices through the week we compete in GB/FN competitively (for the semi competitive/competitive squads) we also have the casual, fun and co-op squads
honestly i believe you would love it there like i have done since january (as i was going to quit halo 4) but joining TG stopped me from doing so and since then ive been playing regularly with some amazing people and players
so head over to tw.tghq.org register by clicking top left Join TG and when you input your info put me down as the referer then check your emails for activation mail then log into the site and follow instructions from there and we’ll get you into a squad so you can start playing with an amazing clan.

My name is Chris and I am putting together a team of Halo 4 players who understand what it really means to play as a team.
The main idea behind the team is to devise tactics and strategies for each map and game type. We will train in custom games and each member will have a specific purpose.
I have loads of strategies and tactics that I have already created but I am open to new ideas from joining members. There won’t be a need for a command structure because once we have trained together everyone will know exactly what they are doing on each map and game type.
All team members will be expected to learn all map call outs (the names for each part of the maps) - Call outs are vital for team communication as each member will be expected to communicate where the enemies are positioned on the maps.
Individual members will play for the greater good of team. No individual member should act as if though they are a one man army.
Team members will not act randomly. Every move and every kill will be coordinated by the team.
Supporting your team members is vital.
Load-outs will be coordinated for each game type and map.
If you would like to join an organised, well oiled machine of a team with the ultimate goal of ruling Halo 4 then add me on Xbox live and send me a message stating you would like to join the team.
There are already a few members and we are already kicking -Yoink!- on Halo but we are looking to take it to the next level.
