I was directed here after I problem I had with my halo 4 game. I would REALLY like to talk to a human being but it seems I can only talk to someone on here… assuming they see this… and bother to respond… Any help would be great. I’ve posted my problem with no results and commented on others ( which even though they were appropriate they seem to have disappeared). I am an adult who has played Xbox only and an a fan since Halo: Combat Evolved. This is becoming a very discouraging experience and from what I read I am not alone. Can I please get someone to talk to.

is this related to your post about the achievements glitching? if so i dont think anything can be done. its a glitch it happens.
maybe 343 might try to patch it but unless its a quick fix i doubt it.
Yes, he’s having issues with achievements unlocking. We can see that from looking at his most recent posts on his profile.

Right I know as much as you guys which is why I’m looking for an employee to talk to. I can’t find a number, I can’t find chat room. All we have is this forum where we seem to get ignored or censored or expected to help each other out instead of the people who actually made the game. Just be nice to have a person to actually explain some things and give us a real update other than “We are working on it” in posts both 6 days and 6 months old. Feels like they are make Fans a promise they know they can’t keep…
I’m assuming you are having problems with your achievements not unlocking? If so, it is a known issue that other players have also encountered. Hopefully, 343 will provide a fix sometime soon.
For future reference, the fastest way to directly get support from 343 would be to either tweet them @HaloWaypoint on Twitter where they usually provide very fast solutions and are responsive, or make a post in the Halo Support section.

they arent stupid, they arent about to confirm a fix and then get ripped to shreds for it when they find out it isnt possible or worth the resources to fix.
them saying they are looking into it is the best we are gonna get.

if you are looking for a rep from 343 to personally fix the achievement glitch for you, you will be disappointed.
they said they are looking into it. what more do you want? lets hope for an update in the future regarding this. thats all we can really do at this point.
